| The Return of OverByte |
Ignore the last news post, because we're back with a brand new issue.
Account registration is currently disabled to ready the move to a new server and a new website using a connectable network which currently doesn't exist.
The new site will hopefully be done before the release of issue 5, whenever that rolls around. We'll try to keep this a monthly publication again, but I'm not guaranteeing anything.

| OverByte comes to a stop |
Well guys, it's been a fun run, but I'm afraid it's over.
Having lost contact with Broxter and my lack of time and the clear lack of desire to continue it, issue 4 has been cancelled and I'm ending the publication.
I don't own this domain, Broxter does. So I'm giving him all rights to this website and the magazine and he can do whatever he wants with the previous issues and any of the content he has written/contributed to.
Some of the content for issue 4 does not belong to OverByte since it has not been released, therefore they are now released to their creators to do whatever they wish with them. |

| New website design |
I've been working on this new site since the release of the original site, and now it's finally (almost) finished.
One of the reasons for releasing this new site now was to (hopefully) eliminate spam from the spam bots that have been attacking the issue 2 page recently.
This new design also allows for use of BBCode. Most of the tags are standard and should be common knowledge to anyone who use forums or something similar.
In addition to a new layout, we have switched hosts. Our previous host was a bit on the unreliable side, so hopefully this new host will be different.

| Slight change in publishing |
After giving it extensive thought, we've come to the decision to change OverByte from a monthly publication to a yearly publication.
Getting content each month is proving to be difficult and our lives are consuming most of our time, and rather than ending the publication entirely, we chose this.
I know we're only on our second issue, but I do hope you'll understand the reasons for this.
Thanks go to our supporters throughout these two months, and here's to an epic issue next February! |

| Site Finished |
So I finally got around to finishing this site. See Broxter, I said I'd do it, just took... what... about 3 hours?
There may be slight imperfections in some things but they'll be easy enough to fix. |
